Presentation

A behavioural change of the participants in the company is needed in order to accomplish the objectives of successful change leadership, strategic planning and the transfer of the leadership mision and model. "Till some attitudes change, nothing will change" How can we get it?

We need a strong and guaranteed methodology Managering is the consequence of more than a 39 years of observation, experimentation and constant updates tested in national and international companies.

Even if methodology is important, it could not be enough. Collaborators of the company require the close involvement of the general manager to fix the action frame, the process drivers and coordinate the team, the necessary adjustments that will be done through the whole procces.  This implies a general manager being perfectly trained to  implement this process successfully. This is managering training

Managering Training

Training is carried out through compulsory attendance and in a interactive and practical fashion.

The Planning is compound by 9 sessions. The first 8 session are whole-day sessions and they are taught to a team compound by other General Manager. They are scheduled in 3-6 weeks intervals between each session. Every manager must put the concepts acquired into practice, applying them to real life situations.

Managering Training Methodology

What kind of training allow leaders to face up a challenging future as we actually have?

That is not easy to get For that reason we need a methodology covered by real experiences in different situations. Moreover, the support of the first level of Management is crucial and essential to have a valid action master plan as well as the necessary coordinations along the training period.
All CS Managering Training sessions has a simple method extended
in three levels:

· Situation: The trainer exposes a concrete situation for the participant to compare with any other experience lived before. In this period, the participant find the answer to these questions: What am I going to see? What is it about? How can I normally do it?

· Performance: Immidiately, a real exercise is performed, where the participant acts showing his/her own and unique leadership style. The trainer watches the behaviour of the participant during the exercise and later presents an alternative of Managering in order to answer the questions: What alternatives are there in a situation like this? Why is it convenient to know and practice the alternative style of Managering?

· Practice: After the trainer explains every step of the behaviour tool that Managering presents, the participant would know when and in which way s/he can apply this alternative in a real situation. This leads to the practice of views and tools of Managering between different sessions. Participants will actually practice with people and real situation everything they learn in the Managering sessions.
The objectives of the training are captured in behavioural patterns and characteristics that General managers must acquire and if they have them,  these must be improved and boosted.

These behaviours and characteristics are distributed in five different homogeneous groups:
1. CONSISTENCY AND INTEGRATION. All people behaviours must be coherent. Credibility is directly associated to the nature of the person and must be maintained during this period.

2. OPERATIVE COMMUNICATION The capacity of mutual understanding does not imply that the people use this capacity to induce other concrete and suitable actions to improve.

3. CONTINUITY AND FUTURE In order to be successful in future, it is not enough to known the concrete objectives to be followed.  One has to get the collaborators in a forward and upwards motion.

4. COLLABORATION AND RELATIONSHIP Leadership can be diluted because of different causes and  it is consequently difficult to detect what aspects are developed in a right way and which ones aren't.

5. COMMITMENT AND DEDICATION  Believing  you are committed with something or someone is not enough if nobody becomes aware of it.

The best incentive for a team is the presence of people who actually get it.
