The 75% of the people who are interested in our post-graduate and Executive programs have received the recommendation of alumni or someone related to the EIG or ESIC. This only can be possible by means of a high satisfaction level .
In order to obtain this level of satisfaction, two conditions are necessary; a high quality level in the program design-teaching and a good selection of the participants.
In EIG-ESIC, we only want people convinced of the usefulness of the program for their professional career to gain acces to it. We do not want people who begin the program and get discouraged in the middle of the course, because a student who is not clear about what he likes, can easily discourage other students, and given the intensity of team work, dejection is one of these factors that will affect the performance of the rest of students. This goes against our satisfaction objectives.
In the admission process, it is essential to prove the USE of the master's for each individual person, so it can help the student in his professional career and to get adapted to the group where s/he is going to participate.
For that reason our business success resides in the students' satisfaction and if we observe that the student do not pass the utility criteria in the formation, we guide him to other learning possibilities, adequate to his professional career, although it supposes not having him as student in the EIG. This person will appreciate it and it will talk right about us, and because of that, it will bring us more clients.
